The author who wishes to submit an article will have to connect to his account on this platform, or create one if he was not already registered as a user. No further consideration will be given to a manuscript sent in any other form, including by email.

The creation of an account is subject to validation of your email address. Check for spam in case you do not receive the validation email after a few minutes.
